Booking Process
- email me or message me on Instagram (@wildflowers.tattoo) to book an appointment. Tell me your tattoo idea, size, and placement:)
- I will reach out to you to confirm your idea for the design and set up an appointment. Be mindful that my response could take a day or upto five days. Make sure to check your spam folder for my email:)
- If you've requested a custom design, it is best to give me clear, detailed description and reference photos. We can make small edits together if needed. I will send the sketch of the design a few days before the appointment.
- I accept cash, debit, and credit. A 3% transaction fee is applied to debit and credit payment. (I do not accept e-transfer at the shop.)
Deposit
- A deposit of $100 is required to secure your appointment. If you are getting multiple tattoos in one session, I charge $50-100 deposit per piece. (If you don't end up getting all the tattoos requested, you are losing your deposit on the tattoo(s) you didn't get). Deposit is taken off from the total price at the end of the session.
- Deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances once it is paid to secure your appointment.
- If you need to reschedule your appointment, please give me a 72 hour notice. A short notice requires a $50 rescheduling fee. No show or cancellation results in losing the deposit.
- I do one rescheduling for free as long as I was given a 72 hour notice. Another rescheduling would require a $50 fee.
Shop Policy
- Make sure to bring your ID with you to confirm that you are over 18. If you are under 18, I can’t tattoo you even with parental consent.
- Don't come too early. I might still be attending another client or have not set up for your appointment yet.
- Please take off your shoes upon entry and a mask is to be worn during the session. You are welcome to bring your own indoor slippers.
- Guests are not permitted to attend the appointment, including children.
- Please don't take pictures and videos of me tattooing, even in the background.
Preparation
- Get a good rest, keep yourself hydrated and avoid consuming alcohol or blood thinning painkillers such as ibuprofen or aspirin 24 hours before your appointment.
- I have the right to ask you to leave if I see that you are under the influence.
- Be sure to eat before coming in and bring some snacks for longer sessions. (Having small snacks between breaks is fine but please refrain from eating a meal at the shop.)
- Plan for Toronto traffic and try to arrive on time. Coming in 20 mins after the appointment is considered a no-show.
- Wear comfortable, dark clothing that can be easily accessible to the area you are getting tattooed.
Aftercare
- Keep the second skin on for a day or two.
- Take the second skin off in the shower under running water to minimize the pain of peeling it off.
- Rinse the tattooed area with water. Another option is to wet a paper towel or cotton pad with water and wipe the area. Do not use soap, scrubs, or wet wipes that have ingredients other than water.
- Apply a very thin layer of unscented lotion when the tattoo starts scabbing. Do not apply products such as petroleum jelly or medical ointment.
- Avoid being in the sun, taking a bath, going to the spa/sauna or swimming for two weeks.
- I do one complimentary touch up if any lines fade away within a year. Please send me a healed photo after three weeks to see if you need a touch up
